Datasheet view and Design view for Access 2007 tables

In Access, tables are used to store specific data, which is the core part of an Access database. The Access2007 table consists of Datasheet view, Design view, PivotTable view, and PivotChart view. When you create a new Access2007 table, the Datasheet view is opened by default. Users can click the View button in the Views group of the Open Datasheet ribbon and select a different view in the list of open views, as shown in Figure 2009010401.

Datasheet view is primarily used to edit and display data in the current database, and most operations are done in Datasheet view when entering data, modifying data, and deleting data, as shown in Figure 2009010402.

The Design view Primary user designs The structure of the Access2007 table, such as editing fields and defining parameters such as the data type, length, default value, and so on for the field, as shown in Figure 2009010403.
