Debug Ruby on Rails with Aptana Studio 3

1. Check whether Ruby-debug-Ide is installed.

$ Gem list

2. If not, install ruby-debug-ide

$ Gem install ruby-debug-ide

3. Open your project in Aptana Studio 3 and enable the debug server: app Explorer-> gear drop-down menu-> debug Server

4.set a breakpoint in your code file (such as index.html. ERB)
5. Access http: // localhost: 3000/<your path>/index.html in the browser
6. Aptana will ask whether to enable debug perspective. Of course, you can see the server stops at the breakpoint.
