Delete windows old folder under Windows 8 drive C

Win8 does not seem to prompt formatting of the disk when the new version is installed. (This was found when the original Win8 system was reinstalled. It may be possible to reinstall the CD. You can bypass PE)

After the installation, I found that drive C has a windows. Old folder. The original windows system is backed up here, which is annoying. Obviously, the selected file is not retained.

It occupies a lot of space and has no permission to delete it.
