Dell nx3200 NAS cannot enter the system stay on the raid card configuration page

A Dell nx3200 NAS storage (Dell r720) cannot enter the system when it is started, and the raid configuration cannot be detected on the raid card configuration page when you press F10 F2 F12 F11.

Fault prompt:
There are offline ormissing virtual drives with preserved Cache
Please check the cables and ensure that all drives are present
Press any key to enter the configuretion Utility

Fault Cause:
The cause of failure is that I had a RAID fault, And then I removed all the hard disks, changed the new hard disk, started the system disk, and read the raid information, the hard disk cannot be found and cannot be skipped because it has been stuck on this interface.

Solution:
1. Press any key as prompted to go to the raid configuration page --> Ctrl + n to switch to the crt mgmt directory, and fetary default. select Save and exit to check whether the system can be accessed.
Note: if not, try the following method:

2. Press any key as prompted to go to the raid configuration page --> On the vd mgmt page --> select the full-column card (Sector 10 mini) in the first line) --> press f2 to enter the operation --> Find the managing preserved cache --> discard the cache --> Save and restart

The above two methods allow normal access to the system.
