Question 3: You are not authorized to save and search for saved searches.
This is completely a problem with the permission settings of the saved searches itself. By default, when a common user performs the saved action after the search, the system will save the search under the user default folder, create a saved searches folder for it and save the saved search as a text object. There are several different situations:
1) when a user is created, a file cabinet with the same name is created for the user by default and set as the default access path, that is, 'My main file'. At this time, the search saved by each user is placed in the file cabinet under each user's own name, so there is no permission problem;
2) When creating a user, select an existing file cabinet as the default access path. At this time, when the first user saves the search, the system creates the saved searches folder by default, if other users want to access this path and save the custom search, they must release the access permission for this path. For example, the default folders usera and userb are 'cabinettest ', after usera first saves the search action, the system will create the saved searches folder in cabinettest to save the usera search conditions. If userb searches, you must also save your search criteria. If userb has insufficient permissions on \ cabinet \ saved searches, the preceding error "this user has no permission to access the specified file cabinet" appears.
