1. Baidu: MySQL, click on MySQL website

2. After entering the website, click Downloads, then click Windows

3. Click MySQL Installer

4. Download the second MSI text, click Downloads

5. Login to Oracle Account (no registration required)

6. Click Download Now to download

"MySQL 5.5 Command line Client-unicode"
menu item launches a command-line tool that will use the UTF-8
Character.
