Download the MASM 8.0 software package (x86) on the official Microsoft website, which has a Simplified Chinese version.

If I run setup.exe or vc_masm.msi, I take a message that tell me

Msvcr80.dll.
I downloadedVcredist_x86.exe, I installed this
And the problem solved.
Now, ml8 runs OK.
