　　 Six. Define CSS style border properties

Use the Borders category of the CSS Style Definition dialog box to define settings (such as width, color, and style) for borders around elements.

To set the border style: in the CSS Style Definition dialog box, select Borders (as shown below), and then set the style properties that you want.

Please note that any of the following properties can be left blank if you think it is unimportant.

Styles: Sets the style appearance of a border. How the style is displayed depends on the browser. DW MX 2004 renders all styles as solid lines in the document window. Both browsers support style properties. Deselect all the same to set the border style for each edge of the element.

All the same: set the same border style property to the top, right, bottom, and left sides of the element that you applied to.

Width: Sets the thickness of the element's border. Both browsers support the Width property. Deselect all the same to set the border width of each edge of the element.

All the same: sets the same border width to the top, right, bottom, and left sides of the element that is applied to it.

Color: Sets the color of the border. You can set the color of each edge individually, but the display depends on the browser. Deselect all the same to set the border color of each edge of the element. All the same: set the same border color to the top, right, bottom, and left sides of the element that you applied to.

When you are finished setting these options, select another CSS category on the left side of the panel to set additional style properties, or click OK.
