You can use mail templates in Microsoft Dynamics AX to make the content of your messages more professional. Below, follow Reinhard together, configure the e-mail template bar.
- Enter Organization administration>setup>e-mail Templates
- Check Show System e-mails. When selected, you can set up a mail template for the entire system (DATCompany). If unchecked, the mail template is set up for the current company.
- Enter the necessary information.
- Click e-mail messageto open the HTML Editor and edit the email template.
- Close and save the template.
- To test the mail template, go to System administration>periodic>e-mail processing>e-mail broadcast.
- Set the e-mail ID to our email template. If there is no mail template you created, it means that you did not select show System e-mailswhen you created the template.
- Select the user and click OK.
Wait a moment, and the mail client will receive an email.
