Enter the Eclipse installation directory (for example, desktop, D:\program files\eclipse, etc.) and create a new "language" folder within the installation directory (in the same folder as Eclipse.exe). After extracting the downloaded Language pack, there will be the Eclipse folder, the Eclipse folder has two folders "features", "plugins", if there is no Eclipse folder, the new Eclipse folder will be placed in the Eclipse folder after the two folders, Then cut the Eclipse folder into the new "language" folder.

Create a new Links folder (under the same folder as the language folder) at the root of the Eclipse installation directory and open this folder, then create a new text document under this folder and modify the name of the text document along with the extension to the "Language.link" file name.

After you have modified the filename, open the file, click "Select from the list of installed programs", "OK", and choose to open it in Notepad.

With Notepad open, edit the address of the language pack that you just placed under Eclipse\language in Notepad, and use "\ \" to indicate the path, and do not add the Eclipse folder under folder language.

Save the edited content from the above Notepad and close Notepad, restart Eclipse, and a Chinese version of the interface appears in front of you.
