Eclipse-eclipse Modifying the WEB Project deployment path (deployed under D:\DevTools\apache-tomcat-8.0.46\webapps)

The Eclipse default deployment Web project path is:

${workspacepath}\.metadata\.plugins\org.eclipse.wst.server.core\tmp0\wtpwebapps (as determined by the directory where workspace resides)

Example: Workspace on D-plate

D:\workspace\.metadata\.plugins\org.eclipse.wst.server.core\tmp0\wtpwebapps

After the deployment project succeeds, Open Directory D:\workspace\.metadata\.plugins\org.eclipse.wst.server.core\tmp1\wtpwebapps\webproject (webproject Is the project you deployed)

If the new server, the D:\workspace\.metadata\.plugins\org.eclipse.wst.server.core\ directory will appear in sequence temp0, Temp1, TEMP2 and other clone servers, But there is only one clone server that can be started at a time, because they all use the same boot port (and, of course, the same shutdown port, etc.).

Open Eclipse, the top toolbar opens Window-->show View-->servers, configures Tomcat, and if Tomcat is already configured and deployed, right-click Tomcat-->add and Remove, Remove the deployed project, and then, right-Tomcat-->clean, after the above operation (guaranteed to open Tomcat, the path setting is editable state), you can right-tomcat-->open, or directly double-click Open, into the Tomcat Overview interface, such as:

Modify the Server Locations, select Use Tomcat installation (takes control of Tomcat installation)

Server Path:web Servers Tomcat path

D:\DevTools\apache-tomcat-8.0.46 (Tomcat directory)

Deploy path: The Tomcat default deployment project path

WebApps (D:\DevTools\apache-tomcat-8.0.46\webapps)

Once the above is complete, deploy the project again, then D:\DevTools\apache-tomcat-8.0.46\webapps\webproject (Project is deployed here)
