Eclipse Startup: Failed to create Java Virtual machine

This morning, turn on your computer and start eclipse with an error: Failed to create Java Virtual machine.

I have just started to use this tool, I consulted colleagues, colleagues said I do not know, is not poisoned. The hateful is that the company can't get on the net.

I used to have a low version of Eclipse on another disk, open it up, normal.
