Edit PDF file with embedded font

The default font for PDF is Adobe STD l, which is not included in windows. As a result, the PDF in the embedded font opened in office will display Chinese garbled characters.

You can directly use Acrobat Pro or Foxit PDF editor for editing, but the content of the inserted text box is blank by default.

The solution is as follows:

Insert a text box in Foxit PDF editor and import the Windows Font. After selecting the Chinese font, you must change the script:ANSI.

 

In this way, the inserted Chinese characters can be edited normally. It is not displayed as spaces or garbled characters.
