EMC field-tested-eft, ESD, surge, and field radiation

EMC testing consists of 4 main items:

1. ESD

Using electrostatic gun test, contact voltage ±6kv, the whole box and the internal visible metal parts are detected;

Air discharge positive and negative 8KV, detection of the box and the internal metal parts (such as Board jam body), the special detection of 220V power Plug and switch place.

Note: The contact discharge and air discharge test is different from the electrostatic gun tip, contact discharge tip for sharp metal.

2. Surge

Surge Test Power Interface: L, N, PE. Between the lines 1KV, the line between the ground 2KV, need to test 4 phases.

Actual test voltage: Phase 0 and 90 with positive voltage, phase 180 and 270 with negative voltage.

3. EFT

EFT Test Power Interface: L, N, PE.

The test voltage is positive and negative 2KV, the Power 3 line between any combination (L, N, PE simultaneously applied), 5KHz.

4. Radiation

Test two times: the antenna is placed horizontally once and placed vertically once.
