After installing MySQL and adding environment variables because the password was set during MySQL installation, the problem occurred directly in CMD.

How to resolve:

The correct cmd login command should look like this (The Scarlet Letter section): You will then be prompted for a password to enter MySQL

C:\users\Laoyu_>mysql -u root -pEnter password: ******（输入你的密码）
