Replace the ApplicationHost.config file in the C:\inetpub\history folder with the c:\windows\system32\inetsrv\ Config applicationhost.config, if there are several similar cfghistory_00000000 folders in the c:\inetpub\history folder, Select the ApplicationHost.config in the latest folder to replace the c:\windows\system32\inetsrv\config ApplicationHost.config, and then start the Windows Process Activation service.
