Use SQL statements in MySQL Workbench:

Delete from Table Name

This is because safe update mode is set and must be followed by where.

There are two solutions:

1. Run SET SQL _SAFE_UPDATES = 0;

2. Open Edit-> Preferences-> SQL Queries and cancel the check box before "Safe Updates.
