Excel cannot change macro security issues

Symptoms: As shown in the figure, the user wants to change the security of the macro so that the Excel file can be opened quickly, but when you save it and then open Excel or prompts for the Enable macro, the security level remains in.

Workaround: Now that you can't change the Excel options, we'll change to the registry.

Hkey_local_machine--software--microsoft--office--11.0--security, adjust the value to 1.

1 is low, 2 is medium, 3 is high
