Operation Steps

Excel can bulk import data from other documents, we import the datasheet from an Access database into Excel:

In Excel, perform the data → import external data → import data command. Open the Select Data Source dialog box, locate the folder where you want to import the data, select the file, click the Open button, open the Import Data dialog box, select the first cell that holds the data, and press OK button.
