Excel Tutorial: Print preview settings in Excel2010

I created a reading list using Excel 2010. Can I preview before I print? I mean, how do i show a print preview in Excel 2010?

In Excel 2010, click File and Print, and then Print preview appears.

In the preview, you can configure all types of print settings. For example, copy number, printer, page range, single-sided/double-sided printing, portrait, page size.

It's very intuitive, because you can change the settings at the same time you see the print effect on the right side of the window. I often use a feature to automatically indent a 2-page table on 1 pages. To use this feature, click Zoom and select Print sheet on 1 sheets of paper.
