Recently a customer Exchange 2007 migrated to 2010, there was a problem, some of the mobile phone mailbox is not available, after testing found the following problems:

Next, run test-activesyncconnectivity to test and discover FolderSync failed.

Solution:

Next, open EMC, organization configuration-Client Access-exchange ActiveSync mailbox policy, delete the existing policy, and then create a new mailbox policy, set the following settings, and check the devices that are not allowed to be set.
