I. Have a solid theoretical foundation for guidance

It is often said that "the Master leads the door and practices the individual." at the beginning of the cabling work, it was the maintenance task assigned by the director of our department, only a detailed configuration chart and general information are provided. In the follow-up work, I gradually purchased professional books on Integrated Wiring from the bookstore. First, I will theoretically add relevant knowledge to myself. In this way, in actual work, the communication with the company's project manager and the construction team can be fair and objective only by combining the theory with the actual situation, so that the company and the construction team can not regard it as an object that can be paralyzed.

2. Be able to clearly distinguish between right and wrong

During the specific project construction process, Party A and Party B often have different opinions and standards for judging the construction specifications. At this time, we need the ability to clearly distinguish between right and wrong, and sometimes we can use the professional knowledge of supervision. However, the company and the construction team are not completely untrustworthy. They listen more to their feedback and consult with their peers, which is also a shortcut to avoid mistakes and continuous improvement. Of course, when you listen to your opinions, you must listen to and compare them to make an objective and fair judgment.

3. Continuous Learning, observation, and Summarization

We must keep a keen eye on and prepare new technologies, new materials, and new solutions, and adopt appropriate cost-effective and advanced solutions in a timely manner. Network Cabling technologies, materials, and new solutions are rapidly updated. We must always master the mainstream technologies and materials in the industry, and rationally and scientifically select mainstream technologies and materials, avoid blindly pursuing new technologies and new materials or adopting old technologies, old materials and old solutions that are about to be eliminated and unable to adapt to application upgrades.

4. You need to take action in person-to-person mode.

During the implementation of a specific cabling project, Party A shall take the role of Project Manager actively and strengthen on-site inspection and supervision, avoid construction irregularities, non-compliance, or even rework. Otherwise, you will find these problems at the time of acceptance, and rework will be needed. Heavy construction will lead to delays in the construction period, affecting the progress of the information-based project, and even leading to irreparable defects. In particular, when the project management is not standardized and the construction team frequently changes personnel, the project manager of Party B should be reminded from time to supervise the construction regulations everywhere.

5. Make Persistent, patient, and meticulous records

In daily maintenance work, we must follow the standard work flow, and persevere, strictly following every step of the process in a down-to-earth manner. From design, construction, acceptance to routine maintenance of Integrated Wiring, various drawings and detailed records are required at each stage. In actual work, I found that the routine maintenance records were especially ignored and ignored. In particular, records of newly added and deleted information points must be promptly and accurately reflected on the drawings to avoid future maintenance difficulties.

6. Be highly responsible and conscientious

Attitude determines everything. As long as you do your best, you do not have to be afraid of mistakes in your work. I believe that every mistake is a valuable asset and experience.
