Almost all fax machines accept a smaller number of faxes than the original, because the proportion of the reduction is very small, so the impact is very small.

Cause of failure

2. Click the number key "6" to enter the "Advanced Fax Setup" Advanced faxing setup option.

3. Click the number key "7" to enter the "Automatic reduction" option.

4. Press the "Start" key to enter the subordinate menu, the default is "on", with the left and right arrow keys to move to "off" words, press the "Start" key to determine.

HP Officejet V40, 5110, 5510, 4110

1. Click the "Settings" button on the Panel to enter the menu.

2. Click the number Key "4" to enter the "Advanced Fax Setup" Advanced faxing setup option.

3. Click on the number Key "5" to enter the "Automatic reduction" option

4. Wait for 2 seconds, you can see the screen automatically appears subordinate menu, the default is "on", with the left and right arrow keys to move to the "off" word, press the "input" key to determine can (HP Officejet 4110, 5,510 only need to click the "Input" button).
