FFmpeg to MP4 under Windows

Recently in the Research institute has video format to turn MP4

Because HTML5 only supports MOV MP4

and other formats: Looking at a lot of data found that turning into FLV is simple.

But it's hard to turn mp4 ...

Ffmpeg-i d:\5367002155592.wmv-c:v libx264-strict-2 D:\test.mp4
