File Transfer Between iOS PC and MAC Virtual Machine
I. VM Tools Installation

Ii. Virtual Machine Settings
Choose VM --> Setting --> Options --> Share Folders, select Always enabled in Folder sharing on the right, enable the shared Folder function, click Add, and select the Folder shared by the host and the virtual machine, as shown in:

Iii. Mac OS X settings
Choose Finder> preference settings in the upper left corner of the desktop. Select "connected servers" from the items displayed on the desktop, as shown in:

After setting, you can see that the shared folder (WMware Share Folders) is displayed on the desktop. Double-click the icon to open the folder and you will be able to see the mac folder. Next, you know.
