1. Create a new 468*60, background for the #000000 document, the light of the material placed in the appropriate position.

2. Select the layer, press F8 to modify the component properties, set the animation change frame number to 6 frames, zoom to 1000 times times the original size.
　
OK: Firework prompts the animation of this component to exceed the last frame of the document and automatically adds a new frame. This creates a six-frame light change effect.

3. From the seventh to Nineth frame, we do picture light effect, click on "New/Duplicate Frame" to create 第七、八、九 frame, in the eighth frame, a new layer, alt+a full selection, fill white, so that formed, the picture of the flashing effect.

4. Tenth to 11th frame, create light to the landscape change process. On the tenth frame, place the bottom two patterns in order, and copy them into the 11th frame. In the tenth frame, the adjustment of the upper level of transparency of 80%, in the 11th frame, the adjustment of the upper level of transparency of 50%, thus forming the light of the fade, the fade effect of the landscape.

5. The 12th to 16th frame, create the fade effect of the character pattern. 10. In this way, the whole banner is done. We can adjust the display time of each frame appropriately, as in the figure, the figure in the Red line box is the time of the frames delay, the unit is 1/100 seconds.
