Cause of Error:

The FAT32 file system is used by default when burning images using software such as UltraISO. The system does not support files larger than 4G,

While the installation file of server R2 install.wim 5.12G, the fixed installation failed.

Workaround:

Burn the image to the USB stick according to the previous method;

To change the USB drive file system:

Enter command-line mode. Input convert F:/fs:ntfs (f disk is the drive letter for my USB drive)

Then open the image file, locate the Install.wim file under the Sources folder and copy it to the corresponding USB drive folder.
