Fix Windows X64 cannot install Visual Studio 2013

First, the problem description

When you install Visual Studio 2013 on Windows 10, you are prompted with the following error.

Tip "WIndows Program compatibility mode is turned on, please turn it off and run again".

Second, the solution

1. I first try to cancel the compatibility mode in the Visual Studio Installer properties. (Virtually no compatibility is enabled in the Check installer properties)

2. Open PowerShell and go to the Visual Studio 2013 Installer directory and run the command:. \vs_ultimate.exe/unistall is installed using the repair mode of Visual Studio.

Actually the installation program has started to install smoothly.
