1. Start Flash First, create a new movie, set the movie stage size to 150px*150px (in pixels), set the background color of the film to light blue, color code for #99cccc.
2. First, using the Ellipse tool, while pressing the SHIFT key to draw a positive circle, the color can be temporarily arbitrary settings, here first set it to black, as shown in Figure 1:
