I. Development Environment
1. Download Flash cs4 Professional (the latest version)

2. Install Device Central cs4. No separate installation file is found,

Adobe Device Central cs4 is a feature of the following Creative Suite 4 products:

If you already have any of the above installation files, you can install them directly. You only need to select the Device Central option in the options.
The development environment is actually very simple. You only need to install these two items to start development.
2. Establish the first Flash Lite ApplicationProgram
1. Start flash cs4
2. Click the flash menu and choose File> New ..., in the new document dialog box that appears, select "Flash file (MOVE)" on the General tab and click "OK, flash opens Device Central and displays the "new document" tab.
3. On the "new document" tab,
Select "Flash lite3.0" as the Player version
Select => ActionScript 2.0 for The ActionScript version. Currently, Flash Lite does not support actionscript3.0)
Select = independent player for content type
4. If "no device is selected" is displayed in the new document, click "device group" on the left to select an available simulator device. The unavailable device color is gray.
5. Click "CREATE" at the bottom of Device Central.
In this case, flash will create a new project based on your settings. The stage size of the new project is generated based on the device you selected.
6. On the "Tools" Panel of flash, select the "text" tool, drag the creation text on the stage, and enter "Hello, world" in the text box ".
7. Select "control"> "test film" in the Flash menu (shortcut: Ctrl + enter). Flash will open Device Central and release the application you created to the simulator, now you can see "Hello, world" on Device Central, which is the interface of your application.
8. If Flash is an application opened with Flash Player of windows, you can choose File> Publish settings in the Flash menu... on the flash tab.
9. If you want to modify the application, directly switch to the Flash interface to modify the application.
Tip: You can try to change the player and script versions on the flash tab in the release settings if you cannot find an example on the Internet.
