Solution:

1. Go to the Flash builder installation directory c: \ Program Files \ Adobe Flash builder 4.6 \ player \ win \ 11.1

2. Install flashplayer_11_plugin_debug.exe,: http://www.adobe.com/support/flashplayer/downloads.html

 

If this problem is solved, you may encounter the following problem: the flash builder debugger cannot connect to the running application.

Solution:

There are no problems in troubleshooting 1 and 2. I used the sogou browser. After I changed it to IE, The degbug was normal.
