Footer and header are not fully displayed after Word document is printed

Source: Internet
Author: User

After you use Word to edit a document, you add a footer and a header, but after printing, the footer and the header are not displayed.

This is more common, possibly when you print a document and place the text in a nonprinting area of the page, resulting in the printing of only part of the footer and header.

First you need to look at the print page range for your printer, then select file → page setup, and then switch to the Layout option, and enter a value in the distance from boundary option, as long as it is larger than the minimum page margin of the printer.
