Force update of ActivePerl HTML Help document

After installing ActivePerl under WIN32, a detailed HTML Help is generated based on the pod document of the existing module, but other manually installed modules cannot automatically add their pod documents to the help except for the PPM command installation. Run the following command at the command prompt to force the update of HTML Help and add the documentation for the later installation module:

> Perl-mactiveperl::D octools-eupdatehtml

In fact, the ActivePerl installer uses the updatehtml () function in ActivePerl::D octools to generate the original HTML Help.
