Open Oracle Forms Builder, click File

Click Connect to log into the database

Error! Ora-12154:tns:could not resolve the connect identifier specified

FIX: Tnsname.ora file in the Tnsname.ora and Forms Server home directory under your Oracle home settings, including your ip,sid,port set, will be under the Forms Server home directory Tnsname.ora Copy the content, paste it into the Tnsname.ora under Oracle home, and then replace the Tnsname.ora with the Oracle home Tnsname.ora, and make your Tnsnames.ora backup first.

Error! Ora-01045:user APPS lacks CREATE SESSION Privilege;logon denied

Resolution: The user does not have session permissions. Login SYSDBA to empower:

Grant Connect,resource to your user name;
