Recently, a batch of Apple Computers in the machine room need to install dual systems because of class requirements, and some space should be separated to install XP. Considering that there are a lot of viruses in windows, hardware restoration cannot be achieved, so I chose the software method and ice restoration 7.0.
At the beginning, several computers went smoothly. After a computer was restored, it was found that the password was set incorrectly and the freezing point of the control interface could not be entered. I found a method to view or restore the password on the Internet. There are software methods, but they are all for the 6.0 series and all are invalid. The solution was also implemented by modifying the registry, but it was not attempted because the operation was troublesome.
Later, I checked the information and found that persi0.sys in the root directory of the C drive is the freezing point setting and saving file, including the password and disk protection information.
Therefore, you can replace this file to fix the password.
Of course, you must first use the PE system to enter the computer with the correct freezing point password, and then copy persi0.sys [in the system, persi0.sys is protected and cannot perform these operations ]. Then use PE to enter the computer for password reset, replace persi0.sys, and restart the computer. After entering the system at this time, you will be prompted to find a new device file in windows and restart it. To avoid this issue, we need to unfreeze the freezing point using the Reset Password and restart it.
OK! The freezing point password is fixed. You can also perform freezing operations, including detaching freezing points.
