Geotools read-write shapefiles and ArcMap open shapefiles garbled solution

Geotools read-write shapefiles are mainly dependent on two classes, Featurereader and Featurewriter, and can be used to refer to Geotools related documents.

ArcMap reads only GBK encoded shapefiles by default, and to read UTF-8 encoded shapefiles, you need to add. cpg files in the Shapefile sibling directory and edit the content to UTF-8.
