The Windows clipboard can only retain information that was last cut or copied, and the Clipboard provided by Office 2003 appears as a task pane in Word, has visibility, allows users to store 24 copies or cuts, and, in Office family software, The Clipboard information is shared. With it, you can make more complex copy and move operations within Office documents or between documents.
Display of the Office Clipboard task pane
Method One: Perform "edit" → "Office Clipboard".
Method Two: Continuous copying or clipping of two different items in the same program.
Method Three: Copy an item, paste it, and then copy another item from the same program.
Method IV: The same project has been replicated two times.
Note: To use method Two, three or four you must ensure that the Automatically show Office Clipboard item is selected in the Options button menu under the Office task pane.
Method Five: Perform the view → task pane, click the Start Work Drop-down button on the task pane, and select Clipboard.
Method VI: Do not select items, press CTRL + two consecutive times
Note: To use method Six, you must make sure that the show Office Clipboard after CTRL + C two times item is selected in the Options button menu under the Office task pane.
Ii. use of the Office Clipboard
1. Paste All
Click the Paste All button, and the contents of the Clipboard will be pasted from bottom to top to the current cursor location.
2. Clear All
Click the empty All button to empty all the contents of the Clipboard.
3. Paste a Project
In the click the item to Paste list box, locate the content you want to paste, click the item directly, or click the Drop-down button on the right to select paste from the menu.
4. Clear a project
Click the Drop-down button to the right of the item and select Delete from the menu.
Attention:
1. If you want to collect replication, cut items without displaying the Office Clipboard task pane, open the Options menu in the Clipboard task pane, check the Collect without Office Clipboard item, and then close the task pane.
2. When you empty the Office Clipboard, the system Clipboard will also be emptied.
3. When you use the Paste command, you use the Paste button or the shortcut key (Ctrl + V) to paste the contents of the system Clipboard, not the contents of the Office Clipboard.
4. The Office Clipboard can hold 24 items. When you copy the 25th item, the first item in the Office Clipboard is deleted.
