GitHub preliminary Explore-use the local code repository to streamline the upload process

Using GitHub is a very good way to store code for our comrades who write Java, but because it's all in English, it's a bit more complicated to operate, so I don't often use

This basically completes the code upload, and then when we want to update the content of the code, the local github will automatically detect the code in the same content as before
