Haha, I'm so envious that I can enjoy playing basketball!

Later, a big brother next to me may not know how to play, so he gave me an enthusiastic guidance. I tried to figure out the essentials and thought that my biggest weakness was that when I played the swing, my left arm was always bent, my waist was not rotated enough, and I couldn't use my waist strength. After finding the feeling, the next exercise will also be "Enjoyable", because the ball can fly more than 100 meters without much effort, which is good for the first time I played.

if you throw a golf ball with your hands, you can throw it three or fifty meters away, you can easily play one hundred meters (it is said that excellent golfers can play 200 or 300 meters).
