I checked the flash plug-in Installation Method of Google Chrome on the Internet, as follows:
1. download the following file address: http://fpdownload.macromedia.com/get/flashplayer/xpi/current/flashplayer-win.xpi

2. Change the suffix to zip and decompress the package.

3. Copy the Flash Player. xpt npswf32.dll files to C: "documents and
Settings "[username]" Local Settings "Application
Data "google" Chrome "application" plugins.

Note: [username] is your account name. If the folder does not have plugins, create a new one.

4. Restart Google Chrome and then you will find that the flash plug-in of Google Chrome has been installed.
