The offline development package for Google Map API V3 (3.9.12), which was previously downloaded from Rover Tang, is always working, but when using the offline package, it is found that the online satellite map cannot be displayed.

It should be Google's online satellite map service address has changed. It encapsulates an up-to-date 3.16.2 version of the offline development package, tested, online street maps, topographic maps, offline maps are normal.
