The first step: Open the Google Input method of the status bar

Step Two: Click on the "Settings" icon (to enable fuzzy Pinyin, just click on the input status bar "Settings" button), select the "Property settings"-------The phonetic Mode tab, select the "Enable Fuzzy Pinyin" check box.
