Google will get a blood transfusion of $0.47 billion for YouTube this year

On the morning of July 15, April 4, Beijing time, according to foreign media reports, the video sharing website YouTube has not yet brought any profit to the "Dongjia" Google. Credit Suisse believes that this year Google will "get a blood transfusion" of $0.47 billion for YouTube.

Credit Suisse analysts Spencer Wang and Kenth Sena predict that, although YouTube occupies 41% of the online video market, revenue will be only $0.24 billion this year, it is up 20% from last year.

However, Wang and Senna pointed out that YouTube's operating costs would be as high as about $0.711 billion, of which bandwidth costs alone would be as high as $0.36 billion.
