Later discovered that I use the RPM package MySQL configuration file inside has the Old_passwords=1 to remove is OK.

And then there max_allowed_packet=500M 's nothing wrong with that.

PS: It is recommended to turn off the old_passwords option in the 5.0 version.

If you don't know if your old_passwords is turned on, you can use the command.

show VARIABLES like '%old_passwords%';

query result(1 records)

old_passwords OFF
