GPS module data into Google Map display, not allowed

The GPS serial port reads the DDMM. MMMM format
The general upper machine is DD. dddddd° or dd°mm ' SS ' format, both of which can be entered directly in GE

Example: 3147.8749 (example, the same latitude) format is DDMM. MMMM
Conversion into degrees:
1. The part of the degree is directly 31,
2. The remaining MM. Mmmm/60= degrees, so 47.8749/60=0.797915
The conversion degree is 31.797915°

Convert into degrees seconds:
1. Similarly, the part of the degree is directly 31,
2. The point is the whole number of parts directly 47
3. Seconds is the back of the 0.mmmm*60. In the example: 0.8749*60=52.494
4. It is 31°47 ' 52.494 "minutes and seconds
