GTD, an efficient time management system

 

GTD, the abbreviation of getting things done. David Allen, author of getting things done-the art of stress-free productivity, summarized GTD into a time management system that turns a heavy and overloaded way of working and living into a stress-free and efficient time management system.
The content of this GTD system includes:

• Collect and record all the things you are worried about.
• Define actions that can be put into practice, their results, and specific implementation steps.
• Organize memos and related information in a pipeline based on the method and time you need to obtain.
• Your commitment should be reviewed and evaluated in a timely and reasonable manner in terms of purpose, vision, goal, scope of interest, project and action.

These are not empty preaching. Record everything you are dealing with in a way you trust, instead of putting it in your mind. First, you can reduce your anxiety. In itself, it is an efficient way and can feel a sense of accomplishment through the completion of goals.
