Argument

The U.S. National Weather Bureau has this reminder to prevent lightning strikes: If your skin is tingling or your hair is erect, you may be struck by lightning, a phenomenon that is caused by electric charges generated by thunderstorms. When encountering this phenomenon, you need to squat down with your hands on your knees and bow down as soon as possible. Make your body as narrow as possible and reduce contact with the ground (lift the heel).
