Brain maps, often referred to as "mind mapping" or "mind mapping", are effective graphic thinking tools for expressing divergent thinking. It is simple and effective and is considered a revolutionary thinking tool.
Mind mapping is a way of visualizing thinking. It uses both graphics and text, the relationship between the various levels of the topic with each other subordinate and related to the level diagram, the theme of the keywords and images, colors, etc. to establish a memory link to help people in the logic and imagination balanced development.
Here's a quick list of some of the brain-mapping tools I've recently used: Xmind: Known as the most popular Mind Mapping Software tool on the planet ... What about the moon. MindManager: Also very good processon: online production, support real-time collaboration

OK, here's how to install Xmind on Ubuntu:
(1) Download the corresponding Xmind package to the official website
You can see that the Linux version needs the support of the GTK Graphics interface Library, Ubuntu support.
(2) Extract Xmind software package, here I install it to the/OPT directory
$ sudo mkdir/opt/xmind
(3) implementation./SETUP Installation Xmind software dependent
$ cd/opt/xmind/
$ sudo./setup
(4) Running Xmind
I'm using 64-bit Ubuntu 16.04 to get into the XMIND_AMD64 directory (if it's 32-bit Linux, you should go into xmind_i386). Then execute:
$ sudo./xmind
Thump.
