Configure Hive JDBC1 in the Dbvisualizer, create a new hive folder under the Dbvisualizer installation directory JDBC folder

D:\Program FILES\DBVISUALIZER\JDBC

2. Copy the relevant jar package of Hadoop into the new hive folder

Jar Package Location:

(1) Hadoop-2.7.5/share/hadoop/common/hadoop-common-2.7.5.jar

3. Copy the relevant jar package of hive into the new hive folder

5. Configure in Tools/driver Manager

Open Dbvisualizer, the jar package that you just added is loaded

6. Configure in Tool--driver Manager

In the top left corner, click Add

Close window when finished

Click Add Connection Database

Select Driver

Click Finish
