HP DeskJet 2131 Inkjet printer Print Setup tutorial

The new HP DeskJet 2131 inkjet printer, according to the instructions installed after the installation of the computer, the discovery Scan, copy function is normal use, except printing function can not be used normally.
The problem is as follows:

Print the test page in the installed printer Assistant can output normally, but the Print button in Word will not print properly, although in the Print list can see the print task, but about 3-5 seconds after the task automatically canceled.

Solution Solutions
After consultation and try to determine the problem is the official CD in the drive is not compatible with the driver, unable to drive the print can only drive the scan, using we can not be installed on the CD printer assistant to complete the printing, need to reset before printing

The steps are as follows:
1. Open Control Panel-hardware and sound-devices and printers, click Add Printer. As shown in Figure 1.

2. Click "I need the printer is no longer in the list" and then in the next step select "Add local printer by manual setting" click Next, as shown in Figure 2.

3. Select "Use an existing port" in the Select Printer port and select the port on the right side for example my "USB001", as shown in Figure 3

4. Install the printer driver interface, the manufacturer chooses HP, the printer chooses "HP DeskJet J110", as shown in Figure 4

4. Select the driver version, the recommended option is "Currently installed driver"
5. Enter the printer name and we recommend that you keep the default printer name. As shown in Figure 5

6. Wait for a while to go to the Printer Sharing Settings page and choose not to share the current printer. Click Next.
7. Successfully Add the printer page you can click on the "Print test page" to test whether the normal printing, test normal and then select "Set as the default printer", click Done. As shown in Figure 6

After you click the Print menu in Word, you can print the document normally.
